Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a collaborative and energetic individual Growth Marketing Manager to join our GTM team to help us reach our growth potential.

As a member of the Reality team, you’ll join a highly collaborative, autonomous, and motivated team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll be tasked with developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers through various digital channels. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and RevOps, to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll own the digital marketing efforts to grow lead generation by distributing rich content to unique market segments and monitoring success throughout the sales pipeline.

  • Design and launch successful integrated B2B Ad campaigns through Google Search and Display, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social platforms including keyword research, audience segmentation, content curation, testing performance and providing analysis
  • Optimize campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment, including managing bids and budget spending
  • Manage SEO to grow organic leads
  • Maintain social media calendar and contribute ideas
  • Creating campaign-specific landing pages
  • Write content for marketing ads, campaigns, and landing pages
  • Work closely with the Sales team to target and support prospect nurturing through re-marketing techniques
  • Report monthly on progress, audit and refine strategy to prove and maximize return on ad spend and increases lead gen throughout the sales pipeline


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Being self-taught with a demonstrable success in the field is also great.
  • A proven track record of managing paid display and search, as well as paid social campaigns, with data to back this up
  • A strong grasp of web analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven (performance) marketing including web tracking and sales attribution
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience is required
  • You have a proven track record managing SEO, conducting A/B testing, landing page optimization and a range of other related skills.

What You’ll Get

Salary: This is a manager-level role with a target salary range of CAD $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience and fit.

Paid Leave: 5 flex days per year, 10 paid vacation days, plus an additional 0.5 vacation days for each year of relevant industry experience, plus 6 days per year for sick leave.
