PureWeb partners with Innocean and Taylor James to present a fully immersive kitchen showroom experience for Signature Kitchen Suite

PureWeb platform allows SKS to welcome thousands of online guests to interactive 3D ecommerce experience.

Calgary, Alta, -- PureWeb, the leading enterprise solution for streaming interactive, web-based 3D content, is proud to distribute a fully immersive kitchen showroom experience for Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS). SKS offers a full line of innovative, high end built-in kitchen appliances. This is the brand’s first-ever, fully immersive virtual 3D showroom. It features SKS’ latest products and lets participants interact with and customize the products.

SKS leveraged PureWeb’s fully managed interactive 3D streaming platform, which allows clients to share immersive 3D experiences to any device, anywhere in the world, without compromising on photorealism. SKS worked with INNOCEAN, a global marketing firm, and Taylor James, a creative production studio that specializes in computer-generated imagery, to create their 3D models using Unreal Engine, a real-time 3D creation platform. Pixel Canvas, a digital event producer, curated the final experience for end users and incorporated gamification and analytics.

Increasingly, brand leaders are moving towards interactive 3D experiences as consumer behaviour and expectations shift online. As consumers become overwhelmed by interruptive advertising content, immersive online experiences offer opportunities for in-depth storytelling and meaningful engagement. This is especially important for high-end brands like SKS, which require more trust-building, customer touch points, and opportunities to display and explain product specifications.

Participants in the SKS experience can choose from three kitchen views: Contemporary Coast, Urban Chic, and Country Modern. Each option offers a lifelike and immersive 3D and 360-degree view of SKS products in an expertly curated kitchen environment. Visitors are able to check out SKS’ flagship product, the Dual-Fuel Pro Range with Sous Vide and Induction. They are also able to to open the drawers of the industry’s first Undercounter Convertible Drawer Refrigerator, switch elements like rangetops to see how SKS’ options align to personal

aesthetics, and look at the Column Wine Refrigerators to see their exclusive Wine Cave Technology™.

Originally intended for use at the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in February, the SKS experience had the capacity to welcome 3,500 people over 4 days. SKS has continued to host the immersive experience on its website as a lead generation and customer insights tool. There are over 200 interactions a participant can have in the experience, from selecting which kitchen they want to explore to customizing the rangetops. This delivers valuable data to SKS, who can then use this information to inform future product development and enhancement.
